Core and shell distribution warehouse located in Woodland Park, NJ. Design-build MEP/F. 7” concrete slab on grade with synthetic fibers. Featured brick-faced architectural precast panels. KRE signed a lease agreement with Amazon while construction was in progress which prompted design changes on the fly. Introduced additional coordination between base building engineers and contractors and the tenant’s engineers and subs.
